Speaking of feathers (on my previous blog entry), I am so in love with Ann Wood's bird cake toppers! Up until now, I never considered myself a cake topper kind of girl. When I got married, I thought of cake toppers as an unnecessary expense, something that would just end up buried in my closet. Instead, my wedding cake was decorated with flowers...but that's because I didn't know an Ann Wood's beautiful little master pieces!All of her birds are one of a kind, or made in small quantities. They are all hand crafted little pieces of art, many of them made from vintage fabrics and actual wedding gowns.
Each bird arrives with their individual little name tag, and are shipped in a pretty little box.
